Preorders: Processing time is 14-21 business days while
Custom Wigs Processing Time is 30-45 business days before shipping. All custom wig orders will require order verification form compliance. These wigs will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these units are final sale and cancellations are not permitted.
Shipping Delays: Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: For all express shipments, please be aware that these orders must undergo our standard processing time before they are shipped. Choosing an express shipment option accelerates the delivery method once the order is dispatched, but it does not affect the processing period. - Our kinky curly hair ranges from 3b to 4b on the texture scale. the variation in texture is a result of the inherent nature of our raw hair material. we can’t guarantee identical texture matched.

I wore my wig today, and I’m absolutely thrilled! I’ve invested in wigs from several “luxury” vendors in the past, but none, and I mean absolutely none, match the quality of your hair. The compliments I received today were endless, and I’m already planning to place another order. Initially, I was curious about the 28-day wait for your custom wigs, but now I understand completely. It’s all about quality, and it truly shows.
I was determined to give my Black ass money to a Black person. I’m so glad I found this wig with a BLACK hair texture. It looks (and smells) so good. Everyone was stopping me to compliment. Because it’s a Black texture, I was able to put it behind my hairline so my natural edges were out. It looked amazing. I’m not photogenic, so I didn’t get any good pics but… I’m bout to be broke ordering more wigs from here.
I was initially hesitant to purchase because I haven’t seen many reviews on YouTube about this company, but after reading the reviews and asking the owner a few questions via Instagram, I took the plunge. I’m very glad I did! The hair came already plucked, knots bleached, washed, and styled. It smelled wonderful and looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was so nice whenever I reached out to her about custom requests or concerns- we even spoke on the phone! Since washing the hair, it still has a nice smell, and I find it super easy to redefine it even just with some random cheap mousse I already had. Adding water makes it even easier. I wore the hair swimming in a lake and it held up well (it seemed even prettier after lol!). I love how natural the curls/kinks look and the luster is just right. I’m still learning how to lay lace, but I think this unit is beginner friendly. My only real con was that I feel the elastic band inside is super small-it’s too tight to even go around my head even when stretched all the way, even though I ordered a large head size unit. This isn’t a big deal as it feels very secure when I just lay the closure, and I want to wear it as a sew in at some point anyway. But that’s why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. I think it would be more of a glueless wear if the band were a little longer and I could use it. I will note that the owner offered to have me send back the wig so she could adjust the strap, but because I don’t want to stop wearing it for that (lol) she’s planning to send me a replacement strap I can add. At the end of the day, the quality of this unit and the hair itself seems truly top tier, and I appreciate the awesome customer service. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I LOVE this Sophie unit.

I bought the Sophie wig for my vacation, and not only was it was so beautiful but the 5 x 5 closure was easy to melt and maintain. The curls have so much versatility depending on how much maintenance you want to do for the day. I am really happy with my purchase and will be looking to buy from here again!
The hair texture, curl pattern, cap construction… everything about this wig is top tier!!! It was my first purchase about 3 weeks ago and already I’ve purchased another unit! Easy to manage and the lace melted like BUTTAH!
