It is important to note that shipping time and processing time are distinct and do not coincide.


For all express shipments, please be aware that these orders must undergo our standard processing time before they are shipped. Choosing an express shipment option accelerates the delivery method once the order is dispatched, but it does not affect the processing period.

Processing Time    

Please allow 1-7 business days for our team to prepare your order before it is shipped for all Ready To Ship Products. Once the processing time is complete, your order will be dispatched for shipping.

Ready To Wear Wigs:                                       
For Pre Styled Wigs please allow 1-10 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Ponytails, Clip-Ins Wefts and Frontal/Closure:
Processing for wefts and frontal/closure items takes 2-10 business days, with shipping and fulfillment commencing after the processing period.

Custom Wigs, U-Part, Clip-Ins, Ponytails, Headband Wigs, Capsule Collection, and Pre-Orders are all FINAL SALE:
Order processing for custom wigs and pre-order units requires up to 28 business days. These wigs will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these units are final, and cancellations are not permitted. All custom wig orders will require  order verification form compliance. 

Weekends and Holidays:  
Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Email Address and Phone Number:                   
To ensure efficient communication and order processing, we kindly request that customers provide a valid email address and phone number when placing orders. This information is crucial for order notifications and contact in case of any issues or updates. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available online after you receive your tracking details. Please note that shipping information may not be accessible on weekends.

Address Verification:                                         
All orders placed with Her Glam Wig Co must have matching shipping and billing addresses. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, your order may be canceled, or additional verification with proper identification may be required. This is a security measure to prevent fraud, unless already verified by our internal system.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:                              
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is submitted with a P.O. Box address in the Shipping section, the order will be automatically canceled. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Address Accuracy:                                                
It is essential that customers provide accurate billing and shipping addresses during the order process. We do not take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their provided addresses. Please be meticulous when entering your billing and shipping details to avoid any discrepancies. Keep in mind that strict shipping security guidelines may limit our ability to make address changes once an order is submitted.

Special Circumstances:        
During peak sale events or major restocks, such as Black Friday, our processing times may extend to 5-10 business days. However, once shipped, the standard shipping time of 3-8 business days applies

International Orders:                                        
For international orders, delivery times can vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Expect delivery times of 7-14 business days.

Customs and Tariffs:                                    
Please note that HER GLAM WIG CO does not cover any tariffs or custom fees associated with international orders. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. 

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT:                            
All shipments are sent via USPS/UPS with signature required upon delivery for orders. Her Glam Wig Co is not accountable for any lost items. In cases where your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we kindly request that you initiate the resolution process with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS and file a claim. Please note that all packages shipped through our service providers are insured by USPS/UPS. Once the courier takes possession of your packages, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you opted for Shipsurance at checkout, your package is comprehensively covered against loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. In such cases, it is imperative to submit your claim immediately, which will facilitate a swift resolution process.

Shipping Delays:                                             
Her Glam Wig Co does not accept liability for late shipments arising from holidays, natural disasters, weather-related delays, or any delays attributed to our courier partners. We prioritize transparency and advise customers to factor in these considerations when anticipating their package delivery. For Pre shipment/label created this means your order is being prepared for shipment or the tracking hasn’t updated in the system. please allow an additional 24-48hrs for your tracking to update especially over the weekends.

Undelivered Items:       
If you have not received your items as expected, please make use of the provided tracking number to trace your package or contact your local post office. These channels are instrumental in resolving issues related to undelivered items.

Returned Packages:        
In the event that your package does not successfully deliver and is subsequently returned to Her Glam Wig Co, you bear the responsibility for any additional shipping fees incurred. We are not responsible for any refused or returned deliveries. Alternatively, we offer the option of a store credit to repurchase your order with the correct address. This approach ensures the successful delivery of your desired items.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS                                 
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to facilitate the refund process. 

Return Window:                                              
Our return policy provides a 48-hour window. Upon receiving your order, you have 48 hours to determine whether you wish to keep it or initiate a return for any reason. It is essential that items are shipped back within 48 hours after receipt. Please note that refunds are not applicable to Ponytails, Clip-Ins or U-Part Wigs, headband wigs and all hair products due to their pre-order nature. Additionally, all Custom made wigs items are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping Responsibility:     
Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping for their items. For items with a value exceeding $100, we strongly recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. These precautions are in place to provide you with added security during the return process. While we do our best to receive all returned items, we cannot guarantee receipt.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:                                  
For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • In the case of curly hair, it should not have been picked through if a return is planned.

Refund Process:          
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Request Before Order Shipment: 
Should you request a refund for a product before it is shipped, a restocking fee of  15% will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling your order up to the point of cancellation.

Refund Request for Installment Purchases: 
If you've used installment options such as Sezzle or Shop Pay and request a refund before the order ships, a restocking fee of 15% in addition to the 5% merchant fee will be applicable. This extra fee accounts for administrative and processing expenses related to installment payments. Please note that this extra fee policy applies exclusively to refund requests made before the order's shipment. After shipment, our standard return and refund policy will be in effect.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:                          
Order processing begins immediately upon order submission. Therefore, modifications to orders, including address changes, product alterations, shipping method adjustments, or cancellations, cannot be accommodated. Please double-check your order before finalizing it. Any order cancellations request may incur 10% cancellations fee

ORDER RETURNS:          
If an order is returned to us by the postal service, a $15 re-shipping fee will be applied to resend the order. Should you decide to cancel the order after it is returned to us, a $15 deduction will be made from the original shipping cost, in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

Size Accuracy:                
Please take the time to accurately measure your head size and confirm that it matches the circumference of the wig size on our website you intend to purchase. We highly recommend double-checking your head size to avoid any sizing discrepancies. Her Glam Wig Co cannot be held responsible for orders with size issues that do not fit as expected. We encourage customers to be diligent in selecting the correct wig size based on their measurements. In the event that a size issue arises, we want to assure our customers that all returns related to size discrepancies are still subject to our standard return policy.
