Understand Processing & Shipping Timeframes:
Preorders: Processing time is 14-21 business days while
Custom Wigs Processing Time is 28-38 business days before shipping. All custom wig orders will require order verification form compliance. These wigs will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these units are final sale and cancellations are not permitted.
Shipping Delays: Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: For all express shipments, please be aware that these orders must undergo our standard processing time before they are shipped. Choosing an express shipment option accelerates the delivery method once the order is dispatched, but it does not affect the processing period. Use Correct Billing & Shipping Information: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Orders cannot be modified after purchase.

- Custom wigs and custom colors are made to order. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed.
- The color wigs listed on website will be matched as closely as possible to the photo. While we strive to achieve the best match, we cannot guarantee an exact replication of the color shown in the photo or description.
- Our kinky curly hair ranges from 3b to 4b on the texture scale. the variation in texture is a result of the inherent nature of our raw hair material. we can’t guarantee identical texture matched.
