By purchasing from Her Glam Wig Co., you agree to:
✅ Review Product Details Carefully: All sales are final. Our wigs are custom-made and/or pre-styled, so please ensure the wig specifications (length, density, lace type) match your expectations before checkout.
✅ Understand Processing & Shipping Timeframes: 
Preorders: Processing time is 14-21 business days while 
Custom wigs: Processing time is 28-38 business days before shipping.
Shipping Delays: Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
✅ Use Correct Billing & Shipping Information: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Orders cannot be modified after purchase.
✅ Check Our Refund & Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds are only provided if we determine an error on our part.
✅ Contact Us First Before Filing a Chargeback: If you experience an issue, please email us at herglamwigco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in being banned from future purchases.

 Filing a false chargeback is illegal. If a chargeback is initiated for a legitimate order:
We will submit all order records, tracking confirmations, and communication logs as evidence to your bank.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and being reported to chargeback databases, which could impact your ability to make future purchases online.
