REFUNDS AND RETURNS                                
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to facilitate the refund process.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:                                 
For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • In the case of curly hair, it should not have been picked through if a return is planned.

Refund Process:         
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Refund Request for Installment Purchases:
If you've used installment options such as Sezzle or Shop Pay and request a refund before the order ships, a restocking fee of 15% in addition to the 5% merchant fee will be applicable. This extra fee accounts for administrative and processing expenses related to installment payments. Please note that this extra fee policy applies exclusively to refund requests made before the order's shipment. After shipment, our standard return and refund policy will be in effect.

Size Accuracy:                
Please take the time to accurately measure your head size and confirm that it matches the circumference of the wig size on our website you intend to purchase. We highly recommend double-checking your head size to avoid any sizing discrepancies. Her Glam Wig Co cannot be held responsible for orders with size issues that do not fit as expected. We encourage customers to be diligent in selecting the correct wig size based on their measurements. In the event that a size issue arises, we want to assure our customers that all returns related to size discrepancies are still subject to our standard return policy.

ALL CUSTOM UNITS, REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: 
If you've ordered a custom unit tailored to your specifications this is Final sale.

Her Glam Wig Co does not offer retroactive discounts or price adjustments for customers who missed a sales event. Once a sales event has ended, all pricing reverts to the standard prices, and no exceptions will be made. 

All sales events, including their start and end dates, will be communicated clearly via (email, social media, website, in-store signage)  Customers are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming sales events.

 

GIFT CARDS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE ITEMS.
