Order processing for custom wigs and pre-order units requires 30 up to 45 business days. These wigs will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these units are final, and cancellations are not permitted. review our guideline for comprehensive information about our shipping and refund policies. Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
