Please allow 1-7 business days for our team to prepare your order before it is shipped. Once the processing time is complete, your order will be dispatched for shipping.

Weekends and Holidays:        

Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Ready To Ship Wigs:    

For Ready To Ship wigs, please allow 1-7 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Ponytails, Clip-Ins Wefts and Frontal/Closure: 

Processing for wefts and frontal/closure items takes 1-10 business days, with shipping and fulfillment commencing after the processing period.

Custom Wigs, Capsule Collection, and Pre-Orders are all FINAL SALE:
Order processing for custom wigs and pre-order units requires up to 28 business days. These wigs will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these units are final, and cancellations are not permitted. review our guideline for comprehensive information about our shipping and refund policies.
